We now see that part of our role as consultants is to help managers and leaders challenge some of their deep seated assumptions about how organizations work and to really support them in thinking through what this means for their own role and behaviour at work.
Conversations are at the heart of our practice and of how we take action in the organisation. Important for us are the interactions that occur time and again between individual managers and groups.
